Shanavaz Nasarabadi

Shanavaz Nasarabadi has 30 years of expertise in the most advanced aspects of molecular genetics, first as a member of the original Team who developed PCR at Cetus Corporation, then working at Roche Molecular Systems, to develop some of the first PCR-based tests for human diagnostics. At Lawrence Livermore labs, she served as senior scientist in the group that developed, with DoD funding as part of the BioWatch Program, groundbreaking technology for field-deployed applied genetics. She is the inventor and co-inventor of 19 awarded US and international patents.
Mike Hogan, PhD

Co-Founder of GenTegra LLC and GenVault Inc, the parent company that was the origin of much of the GenTegra core technology. Dr. Hogan has invented and commercialized multiple technologies for ambient temperature biological sample preservation and advanced technology for diagnostics. He is the inventor of 30 awarded US and international patents.

James Nelson, PhD
VP Marketing & Sales
Co-founder of GenTegra LLC with over 40 years of marketing and sales experience in defining, developing and launching innovative new products. Dr. Nelson has helped found and manage 3 biotech companies. Dr. Nelson holds a PhD degree in biochemistry from the University of Kentucky and an MBA equivalent from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces.

JJ Sreenan, MD

Dr. Sreenan has been a partner at Lima Pathology Associates for the past 21 years specializing in tumor pathology with an emphasis on the molecular genetics of tumors. He received his MD from Medical College of Ohio and did his post-graduate training in Pathology at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation.

Dr. Patel is a Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon, and past president of the Academy of Medicine of Lima and Allen County, 2013-2014.
Thomas O’lenic

Mr. Olenic currently serves as Chief Executive Officer and Board Member of Buzzkill Labs, Inc. Prior to joining Buzzkill Labs Mr. Olenic was Chief Commercial Officer and General Manager of Advanced Cell Diagnostics from 2014 to 2018. In 2016, Advanced Cell Diagnostics was sold to BioTechne. Mr. Olenic held a variety of executive roles at IntegenX and Molecular Devices. He holds a BS degree in Biology from the University of South Florida.
